FEATURED SPEAKER - Derroll Sawyer
Derroll Sawyer of Moses Song Ministries is an accomplished musician, singer, songwriter and speaker with many more talents unlisted here ! He is a member of good standing in the church at Bonner's Ferry. We are so privileged and blessed to have acquired him to nourish us for our 2012 camp meeting! Mark your calendars today for July 20-22, 2012 and plan to spend this time with us.
Derroll has planned for us a four-part Music Theme Series and will share with us, how it plays such a vital role in our lives today entitled " The Roll of Music in The Final Crisis. " For Friday evening vespers he will begin with his Testimonial " Out of Darkness", and we will enjoy this special sharing around the camp fire! For a special blessing on Sabbath morning, his program will continue with, " Music's Roll in Character Building" starting at 11:00 a.m. ( Lunch break will be around 12:30 ), and the afternoon presentation will be " Where do We Draw the LIne? @ 3:00 PM. It is not over yet ! We will have a special treat later for a Music Concert @ 7 PM., You don't want to miss this ! Sundays wrap up is entitled, " Music and Worship" As you may imagine, we have put together a once in a lifetime opportunity to enjoy this amazing camp meeting program and it is set on God's beautiful Camp Arrowhead for your pleasure! Derroll was born in Harlem NY and was raised by a single mother. Derroll learned to understand struggle and the necessity to survive in spite of obstacles because he was taught the importance of depending on Jesus. Poverty was a challenge, but never a life altering condition. Education was an expectation, never an option. In spite of challenges and sometimes personal failings, his journey has taken him from humble beginnings to share the truth of The Three Angel's Messages through music, ministry and the spoken word to people and cultures throughout the world. Supper --- Salads and Sandwiches
Sabbath Vespers ---
Concert --- 7 PM, Derroll leading out with local lovers of Christian music
Sunday AM - We are going to make ya breakfast !
Last presentation for the program @ 11:00 AM entitled Music and Worship
Spend the rest of Sunday boating around, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, playing volleyball, other yard games, sightseeing, or anything that you want to do !
